Like a student thinks negative thoughts in his mind since morning and when he reaches school, he feels nervous and unable to concentrate in class and when the exam time starts, this anxiety and restlessness increases further. The student starts feeling scared and despite all the preparation, he starts feeling that he will not get good marks. We can associate this perception with anxiety and it happens to almost everyone at some point in time and there is a need to deal with it.
A student should adopt some easy methods to manage anxiety-
1. The first and easiest thing is to pay attention to your breathing. Take long and deep breaths through the nose and slowly exhale through the mouth.
2. Express your feelings by talking to someone, it can be your parent, teacher or school counselor.
3. If you are feeling nervous like this for a long time then definitely consult a doctor.
4. Eating healthy and exercising regularly can reduce the possibility of such anxiety in the future.
5. To save yourself from such a situation, it is very important to have good sleep of at least 8-9 hours.
