If you are in a government job then you get an annual increment which is nominal and if you are in a private job. If yes, then it depends on your company and its owner that how much increment you will get or not and apart from this it also depends on your work, it can be a lot or it can be a lot of work. But it is not so in business.

In business you will see no or less income in the beginning. Expenses may be more but as time passes and you move your business forward with hard work, your income will increase and this income should be so much. It will be said that where one person earns in a job, you will earn so much income that you can give job to more than one person in future. Your income will increase in a compounding manner.

In job a person works, he will be dependent on his own income. Despite working hard for many years, he will not be able to earn that much income, and on whatever income he earns, he will have to pay tax and whatever is left will have to be spent. Whereas if you do business then first you spend the money and then tax comes.

In job, you get paid once a month, whereas in business, you keep getting money daily, weekly, monthly etc, so that you can maintain all your expenses with this regular flow of money.

If your business runs well, you can earn so much income that after a few days or years you will not need to work and your employees will continue to earn you.
